Knowing the Difference Between Goals/Growth

I have been working long and hard completing my yearly goals. However, on tonight, God has moved me from Goals to Growth. Instead of my destination, my focus is now on the journey. Now I understand I have been asking how long will it take, but now I will focus on how far can I go!
