What a Change!

What use to be is now no more! For example, I read, in our twenties, we use to scramble for jobs while deciding on careers. In our thirties, we struggled to balance home and work. In our forties, parents were facing the empty nest, and in the fifties, many were moving toward retirement.

Things have changed in the 21st century. For example, in our twenties, we just wanted to find a job, and in our thirties, many just finished college! Let's not mentioned forties, because many just left elementary with their children. In our fifties, most just found their career, and the nest is still filled. Retirement for many is not an option.

Nevertheless, I learned after reading this week, we are flexible! No matter what has changed in the lives of God's people, we can still embrace Change, and that makes us powerful!
